🎯 Objectives
By the end of the training course, the trainee will be able to:
- ✓ Use the diagnostic tools available on the CNC operator panel
- ✓ Use the diagnostic tools available on the human-machine interface
- ✓ Backing up and restoring basic and global data
- ✓ Replacing a faulty component in the CNC or the drive unit
- ✓ Reset the machine origins
- ✓ Adjust the axes and set the zero point (built-in oscilloscope)
📋 Programme
I – Overview of the system
- A. Archiving, backing up and restoring HMI, PLC, AP and drive data (standard MS / Ghost)
- B. Overview of the variables useful for PLC diagnostics available on the CNC screen
- C. Hardware structure of the SINUMERIK 8x0D Powerline
II – Diagnostics :
- D. Troubleshooting Inverters and CNC Systems
- E. Procedures for fitting and removing CNC components and the drive unit
III – Connections and Settings:
- F. HMI / NC / PLC communication settings
- G. Basic adjustment of control systems (Speed and Position)
- H. Adjusting the reference points (POM) and limit switches
IV – Alarms:
- I. Operation of Siemens CN alarms
- K. Exploitation des alarmes intégrées par le constructeur
