About us
At AGV Mechatronics, we are an SME specialising in engineering, robotics, precision machining and bringing industrial machinery into compliance.
Rooted in the values of transparency and technical pragmatism, we are supported by a strong, united and passionate team. Our day-to-day mission is to develop bespoke solutions and machines that deliver genuine added value for our customers.

Where to find us
We are located 10 minutes from Albi and 35 minutes from Toulouse via the A68 motorway.
This ideal logistics hub enables us to respond very quickly across most of south-western France.
The building
With a total floor area of 1,000 m² (45 m × 20 m), the facility comprises:
- A machining and prototyping workshop with a lifting capacity of 20 tonnes and a hook height of 9 metres.
- Administrative offices.
- A development in a business park situated alongside the motorway, featuring a dual-entry system that allows it to accommodate heavy loads from exceptional transport vehicles.
This functional unit is fitted with two sectional doors to allow deliveries to be unloaded without any manoeuvring required.
CCTV cameras, access controls and an alarm system have been installed to ensure optimum security.
Our history
Foundation of AGV Mécatronique by Gilles Vaisse.
Moving into a 60 m² building in the Plateau Saint-Antoine district of Albi.
- Continued growth with one new hire per year.
- Team: setting up a centre for young people in training.
- Exports: consolidation, particularly in the oil-related industry.
A sharp rise in business activity:
- Major client contracts in the aerospace sector.
- Partnership with a machine tool manufacturer.
• Turnover of 1 M€ achieved in 2016.
- Construction of a 1,000 m² industrial building in Marssac-sur-Tarn, equipped with new production facilities.
- Turnover of €1.7 million in 2020.
